Camp

by Kayla Miller

Camp is a book about 2 girls who go to camp. Olive and Willow are their names. But both of them want to do different things and hang out with different people. Will their friendship stay forever or will it fall apart? Read the book and find out. I think you would like this book if you like to read about friendship troubles. And if you like a book that has a little suspense but not too much.

The Spiderwick Chronicles

by Tony Diterlizzi and Holly Black

The Spiderwick Chronicles is about a family that moves into their great aunt's house after a while there they discover magic. You will have to read the book to find out what they do with it. I recommend this book to anyone who likes stories with magic in them or stories that have an adventure in them. I think there are five of The Spiderwick Chronicle books.

Friends Forever

This book is about a girl named Shannon, she has a hard time keeping friends due to rumors. She learned to ignore rude bullies and just be herself. This book is really good. It showed that other people have hard times with school and friends. And it showed that we're not alone.

This is Where it Ends

by Marieke Nijkamp

Each day in the headlines you read about another mass killing or school school in the headlines. This is Where it Ends is the story of a boy who has had too much. The book is written in alternate points of view and lends some insight on what it might feel like to be caught in one of these school tragedy's first hand. The current topics in our society, the emotional trauma you feel for the story, and the well-written short chapters from multiple characters leads me to give this book a 5-star rating. It's a YA favorite every year!
